Back in November, as part of #Makevember, I finally made some pattern weights. I followed along with the Crafts with Ellen video.

You start by making a simple paper pattern; a base width of 12cm. I folded the paper in half at the centre of this line, perpendicularly. Then I drew in the other two sides where the ruler measured exactly 12cm. Finally add 1.5cm seam allowance all the way around, and cut out.

Use this pattern to cut out many fabric triangles.

Wrong sides out, you match up two of the edges, stitch along the short edge. Repeat with second. And third, except leave enough room unstitched to be able to turn the pyramids right side out.

Turn the pyramids right side out. Use a point turner to get your corners sharp. Fill the pyramids. I used dry rice, and a cone made of paper. Then hand-stitch the opening closed. Use.
