I had the fun experience of my radio ceasing to function, simply telling me 'Failed to load URI(s)' when I tried to play something. Turns out Mopidy has been updated. You'll need to authenticate and get some fancy strings to put in your /etc/mopidy/mopidy.conf in the [spotify] section. Authenticate here; https://www.mopidy.com/authenticate/#spotify
