chebe | Make Night, with robots.ie

I went to the Make Night in the Science Gallery tonight for the first time. It was fun, despite my usual shyness rearing its head. (I'd almost forgotten I'm shy actually, just goes to show I'm not doing enough new things!) I decided to pick up embroidery again, so was getting my materials organised, and starting on a project. There were all kinds of projects going on; robots, cardboard robots, painting, sewing (with machine, iron, and everything!), catapult constructions, boarduinos, and melon dioramas (with melon shark, and coloured blue melon waves). Very impressive mix! I say if you get the chance go along. They seem very interested in seeing what people are doing, and making sure everyone is included. I certainly hope to go back next time :)
